Lovely Loungewear.

Autumn is time to embrace all the loveliness in the humble home. Warm bowls of steamy soup with your favourite book in your lap, snuggled up on the lounge in woollen socks and sleeping in well past your alarm. Autumn is the best season to embrace those cosy loungewear items that are sometimes often overlooked in your wardrobe “must haves,” however during the cooler months they become more essential than the latest party dress.

OBSESSION: Bright Knits

We’ve already blogged all about our love for cable knit this Autumn/Winter season, but there’s a new obsession brewing…bursts of colour on your knits! Step away from the traditional black and add a colourful wave to your outfit with a bright and bubbly knit.

In a season known for the influx of darker coloured pieces, opt for lime greens, fluoro pinks and deep purples. Monday Musings: Winter Warmers

The aliteration wasn’t deliberate, but the winter theme was. While we don’t get snow where we’re from, and while we’ve only just started autumn, we’re all feeling the need to get rugged up, grab that hot chocolate and stay indoors as the temperature drops below our tropical comfort zone! Dream with me, of the frosty windows protecting you from the cold while the fire crackles and you have a hot drink on the couch…we can imagine anyway!
