The influx snowy pictures of London and New York fashion weeks popping up on my Instagram feed have got me inspired for Winter.

The American and English fashion shows are a great gauge of upcoming trends. A recurring theme we have been noticing is knitted jumpers which we are predicting will be hot (and keep you hot) this Autumn and Winter.

A wardrobe classic, the knit is super diverse – chunky knits, cable knits, oversize knits and knitted dresses, cardigans and jumpers.

Insight Denim 2012 Lookbook.

Urban, edgy and California cool all rolled into a lazy suburban afternoon setting. Insight’s latest lookbook focuses around denim and its many faces and styles. He’s a downtown skater boy who prefers to wear his caps back way round and his cuffs rolled up. She’s the girl who hangs around the guys with her high-waisted jeans and bikini on show cause it’s just too damn hot to put a top on!

The imagery combined with the oh-so-cool clothing had this campaign catching my eye and wanting to mix up my style. These are the noteworthy looks I’m gearing to get involved in.

#1. Swimwear, anytime, any place.

#2. Clash the hell out of those prints.

#3. Make your denim interesting.

#4. Try a base ball cap or fluro colours.

#4 The more wear and tear the better.

#1. Turn that cap around.

#2. Basics are better.

#3. A great denim shirt will get you through anything.

#4. Get those socks out.

Annie Hall

Ok so we know she’s not a real person, but Diane Keaton’s character in the infamous Woody Allen flick had a look that launched a thousand replicas.
